Singha Park Chiangrai Balloon Fiesta Organization
The fun and attractive balloon events with 8 shapes 12 normal balloons and 8 model balloons plus 11 pilot’s nationalities from all over the world. Each balloon presents different shapes and designs, allowing the tourists from all over the place to have a chance to fly in a balloon and experience the sky edge floating. The other activities include souvenir shopping and tasting delicious food from Singha. Enjoying the pleasant ambient of Singha Park Chiangrai is one of your marked memories.
The competition is one the hi-light events that all pilots are fond of and looking forward to. Every late afternoon, the balloon pilots will be performing the spectacular balloon show while competing the games over the lake in Singha Park. The fun games and rules will be announced at the pilot briefing. The tourists are gathering around to cheer up by the lake. Sponsored by Singha Beer, the most well-known Thai Beer in the world, the prize for the daily winners will be present on the entertainment stage with the big audiences. In year 2019, every pilot earn the prizes, sponsored by Singha Corporation, the most famous beer in Thailand and the most well-known all over the world, with the statistics of 400 USD to 4,200 USD for the winner.
Balloon Night Glow is one of the popular events offered each night to the audiences at Singha Park. By the Singha Lake, the balloons night glow will be performed every evening for half an hour.
During the Singha Concert, the balloon tethering will be performed every night for two hours. Up to 6 Balloons are required for tethering beside the stage.
The Singha Park Chiangrai International Balloon Fiesta 2024 is scheduled between February 14th to 18th, 2024
This year we have made some changes, so please be sure to read through details.
The schedule is arranged for all pilots and the accompanies from overseas to gathering together in Chiangrai Province, where the event takes place. Our staff will provide you with the hotel pre check in. Please manage to arrive at the hotel before noon on February 12th. The registration will start at 01:00 pm. By 5:00 pm, we departure to Singha Park for Welcome Party at 6.30 pm. The location will be advised upon your arrival at the hotel.
For your convenience, all pilots may book the airplane ticket to Chiangrai International Airport (CEI) directly. However, visiting Chiangmai before or after the event is also highly recommended. If there are any assistants needed on special rate of hotel booking, trips and van arrangement between Chiangmai and Chiangrai, please do not hesitate to contact us at all times.

All pilots must present at Chiangrai (CEI) latest by 1:00 PM on February 12th.
Our Pick Up Service from Mae Fah Luang International Airport (CEI) will be arranged only upon arriving from 6:00 AM until 1:00 PM on February 12th. Please advise us two (2) weeks in advance for pick up arrangement.
Important Notes:
Those of you who wish to come earlier or wish to book extra rooms for accompanies, please feel free to inform us. We can arrange for you at pilot’s expenses. The confirmation and the payment of the extra rooms and the extra days shall be required for 50% transfer within January 15th.
Any transportation needed from Chiangmai - Chiangrai either before and after the event can be requested and arranged at pilot’s expenses.

2) During the Competition Flying Game on daily evening, each pilot will be assigned one or two passengers for the sponsor rides. The passengers’ list will be finalized by the organizer.

This fiesta entry is free and limited to the selected pilots only. Since there is a limitation in the number of balloons in our event and there are a lot of pilots interested in the upcoming Singha Park Chiangrai International Balloon Fiesta 2024, the event committee will have to go through the selection process.
Please follow the below instruction and return the Preliminary Entry Form within December 10th, 2023.
1. Submitting the “Preliminary Entry Form”
2. The event committee will reply within 7 working days
1) Once you are selected to be part of our Singha Park Chiangrai International Balloon Fiesta 2024, the letter of acceptance will be sent to you personally via email you are given.
2) Please then complete the Pilot Register & Entry Form through the website given which will be advised further. Your password to entry will be provided.
3) Confirm and sign the name in “The memorandum of understanding” to comply with the festival rules and regulations.
4) The deposit of USD 100.00 for normal shape and USD 200.00 for special shape shall be transferred directly to the organization account within December 5th 2023 to confirm your presence in our balloon fiesta. This amount shall be reimbursed on the last day of the event.
